Eligibility

Items must be unused and in original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Return Request

• Order number

• Clear photos or videos of the issue

• A short explanation

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Shipping Costs

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error is ours

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for defective or incorrect items and depend on stock availability.
